Drain sunken in the road

The drain has been dropped down for a long while now. The road is too narrow to avoid it when there is oncoming traffic and it has caused my car to have a slow puncture and I imagine others experiencing the same thing. No paint round it yet which means nobody has looked at it even though there has been a report on this already from another person
