Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

By signs, tables & chairs outside The Chequers PH.

What a daft place to put them, halfway across the footway. If people must be allowed to drink in the street, why not put the tables & chairs in between the trees, out the way & leave the footway clear for pedestrians?

OCC are supposed to keep the highway clear, but WODC keep handing out licences to block it.

You say you want to encourage active travel, then do everything possible to encourage people to sit about drinking unhealthy drinks & eating junk food whilst at the same time making it harder to walk into town!
