  • Hi

The waste has been investigated by the district council and is on private land, so will be the responsibility of the landowner to make arrangements to have this cleared away. The fence will need Oxfordshire County Council Highways team to assess, who can be contacted via email on highwayenquiries@oxfordshire.gov.uk
