Excessive light pollution dieected into private property

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Initially reported in 2022 but report and further updates have been continually ignored. The lamp, since its LED upgrade, emits a more powerful directed light. This needs a shield (small metal bracket) to reduce the light bouncing back directly into the North of our property. We currently have blinds, curtains and boxes to block out the light, which causes issues of poor ventilation.
