Warning sign gone,

This was reported several months ago. There was a explanation mark sign which had fallen of its pole. OCC have ( as per screenshot ) say its been fixed. Well its not, it has not been touched at all. Why do OCC do this? Who signs this off ( no pun intended )

    This is the traffic sign pole, which clearly shows that no sign is on it ( should be 1 with a ! on it ) shows that either OCC or their contractor blatantly lie that its been fixed, when it has bot been touched.
