Danger to life highly dangerous overgrown footpath along A40 children’s route to school

The footpath from Buford Road roundabout towards our property St Andrews along the Oxford Road/A40 (which is at points national speed limit) which in itself is hazardous for pedestrians is very overgrown leading to children having to step out into the road to walk the path to & from school. This has been the case since May & is getting more severe.
