Manhole cover wobbles & makes terrible noise each cars drive over it.

This manhole has been wobbling for a long time. Each time a vehicle drives over this heavy manhole it makes a loud noise. An elderly resident, living close to this manhole explained that he loved living in Kennington except for the noisy manhole cover, which becomes so loud during the night that if he has his window open it wakes him up. It is appreciated that there are many more immediate issues but could Kennington Parish Council request that you make this elderly gentleman's sleep uninterrupted during these hot months? Many thanks
