View obstructed when approaching a Give way section

There is a dead tree with Ivy growing on it that obstructs the view when approaching the give way line. Also the Hedges have grown so tall you only get a glance to check it is clear to go. Should you have to stop at the line, you then have zero visibility of on coming traffic

This is getting dangerous especially with the other road towards the wind turbines currently closed.
