Tatty and weeds everywhere all along Hitchcock way

Between the Aldi roundabout and the Orchard Centre traffic lights the whole pavement area is scruffy and overgrown. The weeds and rubbish are now taking over the pavement and the drainage holes. This will compromise the pavement and damage the drainage system leading to flooding and more. It's not just here, the whole town looks scruffy and unkempt. How hard is it to get someone down here to clear this and the buddleias growing further along?
