Hedges overgrown/covering path plus pot holes

I try to push my daughter in her pushchair along this path but it is overgrown by hedges/soil/chippings so I am unable to or with difficulty and have to go in the road which can get busy that time of day when taking her to the childminder and cars coming to go to work or to the school. The path also is uneven with potholes making it difficult too.
