Voi bicycle obstruction pavement

The voi bicycle is blocking the pavement on Osler road. Bicycle parking is not part of the original scooter parking scheme and should not be permitted as causing greater pavement obstruction problem on to off poorly parked scooters.

    Were electric bikes part of the original E-scooter trial parking consultation? These bikes causing more pavement parking hazards. As evidenced by another example of pavement blocking on Osler Rd Headington beside the entrance to the JR. when will Council Highways planners listen to and action legitimate concerns?
