Dangerous uneven paving one sunken deeply the other filled with a pile of tarmac which is uneven

The paving is very sunken and uneven under foot in one large area opposite jewellery shop on high street. The other has been filled so badly with lumpy tarmac it is just a trip hazard now and also completely unsightly and not in keeping with existing surface.
