Tyre puncture hazard between Elsfield - B4027
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
On the road from Elsfield to the B4027 jumction, in the woody area, the trees have been ‘butchered’ and the road is covered in broken wood, branches and splinters. Huge puncture hazard!!!
