Update on ENQ23979664 -- bollard on central reservation area right before entrance to CABI is missing

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is effectively continuation of ENQ23979664 that was reported on November 15, 2023. The bollard on the central reservation area on the A4130 right before the entrance to CABI was fixed following my original report. Unfortunately, it has gone missing over the last few months.

For obvious safety reasons it would be good to have it in place.
