Hedges making aldi exit dangerous

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I can see that this has been reported since June. At least 4 times. It is so dangerous trying to get out of aldi. Even just turning off the Dunmore roundabout, you have no idea if you are about to be confronted by a car coming out of the car park. Whoever is responsible for this hedge, council or landowner, needs to be held responsible
