Overgrown hedges adjoining Seisen Way obstruct the pavement by several feet in places

Can only walk in single file on a pavement that should accommodate two abreast, making it more likely that people will walk in the road and risk being hit by a car. This affects all of Seisen Way and it has been like this for several months.
