Overgrown Hedges
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This has been ongoing for months if not years - this bush / hedge has overgrown massively onto the pavement making it impossible for a buggy / wheelchair to manoeuvre around the corner without going onto the road - oncoming traffic cannot see us in the road and have caused several close misses now - as this is hanging over council land can it just not bypass the owner now and get the council to cut it - the owner has done nothing to help the situation and still protrudes onto the pavement
