Barriers have had zip ties removed and weeds are growing over the bridge

There are 4 safety barriers that were zip tied to the bridge, these have been removed and the barriers were found in the flower bed. All barriers are now propped up behind the post box at the end. There is also a large bramble growing up from the verge on to the bridge which is intruding on use.
