As A motorcyclist having to avoid "The Marbles" and other debris on the road is making my journey extremely hazardous. Please see section 7 of the https://motorcycleguidelines.org.uk/ the-guidelines/ 7-0-road-maintenance/ from the Institute of Highways Engineers

This is down to the refusal of the highways team to install any kind of kerbing to prevent this issue. One reason for that is the road used to classified as unsuitable for HGV's , they removed this to allow HGV traffic to be dumped onto this road especially if there is an incident on the A34 Large vehicles exacerbate the problem which will only be solved when there is some proper edging fitted to the road. But I believe it will take a serious accident , caused by these rocks hitting a person or motorcyclist to get anything done.
