Urgent H&S problem with vehicles turning right

Due to roadclosure on B4009 by mcdonalds all vehicles including through traffic from B4009 are using church street to exit on to A4074. We URGENTLY need traffic lights on junction or a serious accident will happen imminently (if not happened already). Vehicles turning right towards oxford have to wait for traffic light to allow them to cross or they are trying to pull partly over to see past que trying to turn from A4074 heading north from Wallingford. Its a huge accident going to happen very very soon. Please please get some traffic lights installed or someone is going to die!
