You have closed this for the second time and you have not FIXED this. I drove past the area literally an hour before I received your FIXED notice on my email and I saw cones had been dropped inside the hole and how one had virtually disappeared I joked that you would now say it is fixed. Sure enough you did. You couldn’t make it up. Please fix this before someone is killed by this huge gaping hole in the road
