Two huge council trees cause safety problems to our garden

There are two huge council trees outside 22 John Snow place, Headington OX3 8BB. The branches are over growing to our garden and blocking our bedroom windows. I can't let our 5 and 3 year old boys to play in the garden because it's not safe for them.
