Speed warning sign not operational, we have a large speed problem so this would help if operational… thanks

This speed indicator sign has not been operational for two years, although it is sorely needed. Please advise the Parish Council if and when yoiu are going to repair it or would yoiu advise the Parish Council to organise a repair or request a replacement themselves?
