A417 through village extremely loud

After they carried out roadworks, outside the new housing estate, the road surface is so uneven the noise coming off the road is almost unbearable! Where they have filled in the road it’s almost like speed humps, so Lorries going over at 40mph make such a noise they make my new build shake!! I live in Keene Acres which is next to the road and needs to be looked at.
