The Town Centres' overall 'Image'.Class & The Abscence of Class.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
The Town Centres'Appearance is in many places becoming scruffy. Its Polarised. On the one hand yesterday we see a man up a ladder hand renewing the gilding on The Royces Room with Gold Leaf Paint. On the other numerous weed strewn broken down parts constantly reported but about which nothing seems to be done. Congratulations by the way on the repainting of Stratton Way Cycle Lane markings after some 3 years.Plus the umpteenth repainting of Arches and Subway Graffiti much to the chagrin of louts who 'like it like that'. "If you keep on doing what your doing your going to keeping geting t what you get' The definition of Madness doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results The 'bramble'surrounded Queen Vic Statue in Abbey grounds survives but who goes there? Theres no sitting on the fence. Everyone & I mean everyone is very quick to perceive 'Class''and in equal measures quick to perceive a glaring and noticeable 'Abscence of Class' Which is it to be Abingdon? Oxford shire Beauty Spot or run down derelict has been town ?
