Timing of temporary traffic lights

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Misappropriate timing of the temporary lights is causing big delays even off peak. It seems that the same time slots are used for all roads in this 4 way junction. Now that schools are closed, there is v little traffic from either Dean Court Rd or to Matthew Arnold. With off peak queues stretching back to Hillside could more time be allocated to the main road?
