Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
The public footpath along the top of the bank along Blounts Court Road from opposite the entrance to Blounts Farm and which then joins with the public footpath across the fields southward is virtually impassable and needs the whole top of the bank to be cut back with a sidearm cutter. It is outside the curtilage of the farm.
