Very faded double yellow lines

Double yellow lines have faded almost to nothing, which is causing a real problem for coaches trying to exit the coach park. cars parked in front of the Barclays Bank cash point and generally on this little road are virtually preventing the safe exit of coaches.

I had to shunt my coach three times.
