Branches hanging onto footpath to low

Tree branches not been cut back and hanging down so people have to duck on the footpath to pass. Insall road and walking up the hill in Wilcox road. I had a branch hit me in the eye resulting in going to the doctors with a scratched eyeball which isn’t to comfortable, had to use drops for 2 weeks. Think this needs to be addressed quickly before someone else gets a problem with their eyes.
