Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is a follow up to report Loose in ground CATV cover Council ref: ENQ24997790 - this report is now closed, OCC "...issued a Section 81 Notice requesting Virgin attend as a high priority to make any necessary repairs." (and a traffic cone left to mark the spot). That was 19th March. 4 months later the problem is still not rectified. Any chance Virin could be given a nudge?
