Overgrown verge on Payment and Roadside

This the verge along side the highman way road is overgrown causing pedestrians and disabled people to avoid the overgrown trees and brambles .There are also some Brushes/ trees intruding onto the road making it difficult to see if cars are coming when crossing the road. There as not been any maintenance on the verge for the last few years
