Drains Never Cleared

Underneath the small patch of grass in the photos is a drain. I have reported it several times before and the message thread is closed by saying it will 'be included in the forthcoming gully cleansing programme'. All of the drains on this section of Faringdon Road are blocked and there has been no sign of 'gully cleansing' in the past 4 years. Please reply with a date when this will be accomplished rather than fob us off again.
