Investigating
Brambles encroaching on pavement. Could wrap around ankles and cause a fall. The vegetation opposite White Hill Lane has covered the Henwood sign and as you try to cross the road it is hard to see. Traffic approaching. Some speeds showing on the sign as 47 mph. A guy strumming around a little bit is not good enough. What are we paying our council tax for?

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
The Henwood sign has disappeared in the overgrown weeds. We cannot safely look to cross the road into White Hill Lane. Speeding traffic clocking 47 mph on the sign. Nothing gets done about this very dangerous road. What are we paying our council tax for?

This has been reported and diregarded because claiming Cutting once a year is adequate.
Cutting once a year, meaning that for three months a year the growth is problematic, is not adequate.
This sign is now entirely swallowed by growth and not visible.
When this is remedied you need to be aware that cutting back the bramble hard, which you will have to do, will result in enthusiastic young fresh growth again next early summer. This problem will recur and needs to be managed better.
