Uneven pavement
Reported via mobile anonymously at 17:31, Saturday 27 July 2024
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
This was reported by me on 1/11/16. No repair was made, despite you closing the case. On the evening of 26th July 2024, a 76yr old lady tripped on a crack in the pavement between nos. 5&6. As a result, she received a broken nose, concussion, various cuts & bruises and an overnight stay in hospital. The previously reported, and unrepaired, trip hazards are far worse than the aforementioned crack. The previously reported trip hazards have also been reported to Thames Water on several occasions with no action taken. Between the Council & Thames Water, you have 3 repairs to make or face legal action.
