  • This problem has still not been sorted and there was an accident there today

  • It is too dangerous to stop and take photographs. The proximity to Friars farm, which is now used as an auction house is quite sufficient to identify where it is. I note that an accident was reported in this thread. The investigation is way too slow. Stop procrastinating and do something.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are legally obligated to properly maintain vegetation on their property that is next to the public highway. If the vegetation affects the safety of highway users, it becomes their responsibility. However, in this instance, since the highway was not obstructed, there may not be sufficient cause to take further action at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation during statutory inspections.
