The large kerbstone outside 10 Church View Road, Witney, OX28 5HT is dislodged and projecting into the carriage way which is a risk to motorists and cyclists with likely damage to tyres and wheels possible for vehicles and cyclists and therefore leading to possible injury. The sloped drop kerb in front of it is also missing which may have contributed to it becoming dislodged
