Hedges north of petrol station

As you can see from the picture the pedestrian path is almost totally covered by h she and weeds. I rather expected when the hedge on the path by the petrol station was eventually cut back that this hedge would be dealt with at the same time. It seems we now have to report each individual section in order for pedestrians, who I thought the CC were trying to encourage more can access the paths designated for them, and so are forced into the path of tg sometimes very aggressive cyclists.
