Over ground weeds and brambles right next to the park

You can’t even see the stream the brambles the trees all the weeds have all enquired in one and it looks such a mess. I live on the houses behind and I’m trying to Clare the ones at the back of my fence and it’s just never ending and the kids in the summer I love walking in stream they can’t because you can’t even fit in the stream the weeds and the brambles are just everywhere seems to be cleared. I’ve tried my best but I’m only one person.
