Vision splay issue

There is a tree which has grown over the footpath not giving the minimal requirements needed for wheelchairs etc; but the main concern is that there has been several bicycle accidents here and also many near misses as you cant see due to the size of the overgrown, footpath encroaching tree. This requires cutting back.
