Missing / broken metal bollard

The missing metal bollard means modes and motorbikes are using the cycle path. This is extremely dangerous for pedestrians and young cyclists. Please fix this as a matter of urgency. It is at the end of Long Lane on the join to the ring road cycle path NC5.
