Numerous holes in carriageway on blind s-bend

Following previous repairs more holes have opened up on a blind s-bend, causing vehicles to drive in the centre of the road to avoid. These holes are mostly where previous repairs have not fixed the underlying issue, and some of these have been fixed repeatedly over the past 12 months. This seems a huge waste of public money - please can a permanent fix be looked into ASAP. Thanks.
