Crumbling surface under bridge before turn into Bicester North Station

Road surface is crumbling around the edge of drain in road. Has exposed edge of drain, hazard for cyclists and potential to damage car tyres. Been getting bigger over last month. Several similar along whole stretch of Buckingham Road.
