Dangerous pavement

The pavement has completely disintegrated over time. It's broken and uneven, our elderly neighbours who use walking frames refuse to go use it due to how uneven and broken it it's. This has been an issue for a while but it has got alot worse recently an I'd hate for someone get injured from it.
