Bees nest under manhole cover

Large amount of bees coming out from under the manhole cover next to the pedestrian crossing. Right next to where the button is to cross the road, very likely for pedestrians to be stung waiting to cross the A338

  • Had another call from a resident today. Bees/wasps are still under the manhole cover stinging people as they wait at the pedestrian crossing. Needs to be looked at ASAP
