Hedge at end of Foliat Close is very over grown again.

This hedge is in need of another severe cut. Each year it is only trimmed and eventually because it is so wide it gets left on my side. The last time a section was cut to the ground near me and I was able to get the fence repaired. The man in charge wanted to cut it down to four feet. It is now about ten feet at its worst.I have had to ask every few years. I am 80 this year and can’t seem to get the photos to send and have no help available. I hope you can do this for the next cut after the birds have stopped nesting. I
