Manhole cover noise disturbance

The manhole cover on Manorsfield Road next to the junction of Dunkin's Close creates a regular noise disturbance as drivers go over it. It is very loud and reverberates around the area, which as you can imagine is very frustrating. It is loud enough living near a main road and the bus station, and the noise the cover makes is unnecessary. This noise has been present for numerous months. Happy to provide a recording if needed.
