Waist high weeds

Verge outside my front door contains huge waist high weeds as shown in picture 1 and 2. Picture 3 is verge further down Boulter Drive taken at same time with grass/weeds at an acceptable level. Whoever re-seeded this area and a patch between Knollys Close and Lovelace Close used a rubbish mix with more weeds than grass. It is an eyesore.

    This photo shows weeds on Boulter Drive/Ballard Chase junction. Compare to weeds on right hand side of photo which is opposite side of Boulter Drive and are at a reasonable level.
