Drains blocked with mud on brook road

I reported in february that the bottom 3 drains on the right side of brook road going down from the village were blocked with mud . Original picture attached . They have got increasingly covered in mud since then and dont allow any water to be drained off You closed this item as apparently there were a number of problems in the wet weather . Please can you actually address the problem.
