Dangerous deposit of silt, gravel & stone heaped across bad bend in road causing cars to skid on bend or swerve to avoid.

This mess has still not been cleared and is just getting worse although OCC advised that Biffa had been paid to do so. It continues to mean that half of the junction cannot be used. Clearly, OCC have no control over their subcontractors and Biffa have been paid to do a job that they have not done. I have images of the mess from over the last 2 years and will now compile a report for the Henley Standard.
