Alleyway pathway unpassable

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The alleyway that runs from Sussex drive up to cul de sac is unpassablr, it is an eyesore and unpassavle forcing you to avoid! Public footpath so why shouldn't we be able to use it!
